Hats Off to Chef Hubby

Tonight the hubby made dinner and we feasted on amazing breaded tilapia with wild rice and spinach salad!  It was scrumptious and I basically inhaled it. James breaded the tilapia with bread cumbs and egg and fried it with olive oil on the stove.   The spinach salad he tossed with olive oil and some lemon juice and chopped up avocado and anchovies.  And he completed the entree with Uncle Ben's mediterranean wild rice.

Excellent, excellent!  I count my blessings every day that I have a husband who is an amazing cook (and knows how to cook for that matter).
